About ALP
What are Additive legacy parts
The term "legacy parts" refers to discontinued or obsolete components that are no longer manufactured, usually due to the high cost of keeping production lines active and storing countless references. Despite that, many of these parts are still needed to maintain vehicles or equipment in use today.
At ALP – Additive Legacy Parts, we provide a long-term solution by recreating these components through advanced metrology and additive manufacturing. We digitize and re-engineer legacy parts into high-quality, 3D-printable models, keeping them alive at competitive prices — without the need for large inventories.

Parts from Scratch
What we make
ALP revives discontinued plastic car parts no longer supplied by OEMs or the aftermarket. We also offer custom designs and upgraded retrofits of classic components. Whether from scratch or through reverse engineering, every part is developed with care and precision to match real-world demand.
Our core catalogue focuses on the automotive sector, but our development capabilities extend to various plastic components across industries.

Availability
Why we do it
Our mission is to keep classic and iconic vehicles complete and functional — with every detail and feature they deserve. Each part published by ALP becomes globally available and digitally immortal, ready to be replicated anywhere using additive manufacturing technologies.

Advanced Metrology
How we do it
Using state-of-the-art 3D scanning and CAD modeling techniques, we capture and replicate complex geometries with high fidelity. Our non-invasive metrology tools allow on-site data collection, while our engineering expertise ensures functional, reliable results.
Through testing, iteration, and design optimization, we bring legacy parts back to life — one piece at a time.
