Return and Refund Policy

Policy Duration
Our return policy allows for returns to be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt of the item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unused and in their original packaging, if available. Please include your order number when initiating a return.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume all risk associated with the return.

Compatibility Verification
Customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of parts with their vehicle prior to purchase. If a part is purchased without confirming compatibility and cannot be installed, the customer must return the item to qualify for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt. If a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is received, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including custom products and items explicitly marked as such. For questions regarding specific items, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
To facilitate a prompt exchange, return the item currently in your possession. Once the return is approved, a separate purchase must be made for the desired item.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
